Thanks for your interest in the course, I've crafted this specifically with you in mind and together with my own lived experience, learning and professional expertise I share what I believe to be the best way to get to the root of the challenges you face, for you to heal and be supported while you do it. Once you do that, you work to release anything holding you back so you can live your life instead of just existing in it.

What will you learn?
P - Perspective and Patience - Week One - In the first week you'll start to look at changing your thinking around how you see your situation/challenge, and understand more about your impatience.
E - Evaluate - Week Two - In week two you will dig deeper into your own specific issue while I guide you how to get there, with the practical exercises you'll start to get more clarity and understanding, why you're struggling and where it's coming from.
A - Acceptance and Awareness - Week Three - This section of the course will start to highlight the awareness you have and help you to start looking at what is stopping you from accepting things that are out of your control, reviewing any resistance you may have.
C - Compassion - Week Four - So many of you will be really good at being hard on yourself, and others for that matter, in this section you'll look at why that is and how you can be kinder to yourself which will also benefit others.
E - Enrichment - Week Five - The final week is the loveliest part of the course in my opinion, you'll start to look at all the things you can do to enhance your life, making coping with your challenges easier. Life is tough, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the ride!
